ISLAMABAD: The constable, Samiullah, who shot dead a young man named Taimur Riaz in Islamabad on Friday, surrendered himself to the police.
Sources privy to the development said that Samiullah would be presented before SSP Operations today.
According to sources, he would be arrested and taken to court on Monday.
A case for attempted murder has been registered against the accused constable in Sabzi Mandi police station.
