ISLAMABAD: Full dress rehearsal of Pakistan Day parade was held in Islamabad on Sunday.
The rehearsal was attended by all the three defence forces. Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force and paramilitary troops conducted march-past. Para gliders and pilots also performed in the event’s rehearsal.
Mobile services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will remain suspended till 1 am. Various roads have also been blocked.
According to the traffic police plan, Expressway will remain shut from Khanna Bridge to zero point, Murree road from Faizabad to Rawal Dam chowk, Kashmir Highway from zero point to Dhokri Chowk.
However; metro bus service will continue its operation.
