KASUR: The body of a five year old girl who went missing four days ago has been found under a construction site on Cinema road on Tuesday.
Kasur District Police Officer Ali Nasir Rizvi said that the body seemed to be a day old. The five year old girl, Ayesha, was playing in a nearby street during a Mehndi event at her home when she was kidnapped. Her family had anxiously searched for her the entire night, with police also being involved. A kidnapping case had subsequently been filed against unknown persons.
DPO Rizvi assured that the murderers would be brought to justice for their crime. He said that the police would be gathering further details on the case once they received the postmortem reports of the dead body.
