SARGODHA: National Assembly Member (MNA) Dr Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti said on Tuesday that two water filtration plants would be installed in each union council under the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Talking to journalists, he said Rs 2 billion have been allocated by the Punjab government for providing clean drinking water to the masses across the province. Surveys were being conducted in each union by the teams of Punjab SaafPani Company (PSPC) in coordination with the chairmen of the various union councils.
“The provision of clean drinking water will be ensured in all villages of NA 67 for public health improvement,” he said.
On the basis of its development works and people friendly policies PML-N will win the 2018 elections, he said.
