KARACHI: Protests by Pak Sarzameen Party’s (PSP) workers continued on their third day outside Karachi Press Club.
According to media reports, PSP will set up protest camps at 12 different locations in Karachi including NIPA intersection, Numaish intersection, Korangi Dhai Number, Star Gate, Liaqatabad 10 Number, Five Star Intersection, and Quaidabad.
PSP workers had earlier threatened on April 7 that the party would not let the government of Sindh to operate until it solves issues present in Karachi.
While protesting outside Karachi Press Club on Friday, a PSP spokesperson informed media that the Sindh government had ruined public departments by mismanaging their affairs.
PSP workers demanded that the provincial government fulfill the basic needs, including the provision of water, electricity, and a proper sewage system.
Moroever, PSP members have also alleged that the Sindh government had taken over the local government department in order to carry out corrupt activities.
