ISLAMABAD: Judge of Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Shahrukh Arjum and issued a permanent arrest warrant of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) founder in cases related to inciting speech against the Pak Army.
The court also called eight witnesses on July 10 directed that their presence be ascertained on that date. The court said that the statements of these eight major witnesses will be recorded on the next date of hearing.
It may be mentioned here that terrorism related cases against MQM founder are registered at three police stations.
