KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeem Rehman on Sunday warned the government of strong agitation if the K-Electric and National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) failed to resolve the pending issues of people.
He was addressing a jirga in Bihar Colony, Lyari Town.
Both the institutions have been irking the life of Karachiites for so many years, he remarked.
K-Electric has been looting people through bogus billings, overcharging and unannounced power outages in the name of faults, he accused.
