LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that twenty thousand schools would benefit through the Khadim-e-Punjab Ujala Program.
While presiding over a high level meeting in organised in Lahore, the chief minister said the government has ensured provision of missing facilities in the schools of Punjab.
Shehbaz added that due to the positive measures taken by PML-N government the rate of drop-out students had reduced significantly in schools.
He also announced that schools without electricity would soon be provided with electricity through the Solar Panels Programme.
