DERA GHAZI KHAN: Rangers shot and killed five terrorists in Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) on Sunday.
A Rangers team gunned down five terrorists in a special intelligence-based operation in Chhera Thal area. During the shootout, a Rangers man was martyred and Rangers Deputy Superintendent Haroon was injured.
The wounded officer was rushed to Multan Combined Military Hospital for treatment. The raid was carried out in Chhera Thal area, 40 km southwest of Fort Manro, as part of the wider Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.
