KHAIRPUR: Banking Court issued Non Bailable Warrants (NBW) against 16 bank defaulters.
According to detail special judge for Sukkur Banking Court Syed Inamul Rehman issued non bailable warrants against 17 landlords including Ali Murad Mojai, Sikander Ali Mojai, Sher Muhammad, Muhammad Tariq Ujjan, Muhammad Safar Ujjan, Hyder Bux Kandhro, Abdul Karim Phulpoto, Zabiullah Memon, Abdul Jalil Memon, Habibullah Memon, Manzoor Hussain, Ejaz Manganhar, Ghulam Murtaza, Si, Sikander Ali Jalbani, Hizbullah Jalbani and Ghulam Rasool Langhah.
The abovementioned landlords obtained loans from different banks and failed to return the credit to the banks and did not appear before the court, therefore the court has issued non bailable warrants against them and directed Khairpur police to arrest and produce them before the court in handcuffs.
