FAISALABAD: A child maid was allegedly tortured and later fired from job on Tuesday in Faisalabad.
The incident took place in Civil Lines area of Faisalabad early Tuesday morning when Jawad allegedly tortured 12 year old maid and later the maid was fired from her job and thrown out of the house at midnight.
The natives of the area staged a protest outside the house against the inhuman treatment with the maid.
Following the protest the Civil Lines police immediately came into action and shifted the girl to police station for medical examination. The police claimed that action would be taken against the responsible on receipt of medical report
