GUJRANWALA: Leaders and workers of opposition parties celebrated the disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, while PML-N workers staged a demonstration after the Supreme Court’s verdict in Panamagate case.
As the court announced the decision workers and leaders of PTI,PPP, Jamat-e-Islami and PML(Q) gathered at roads and streets and chanted slogans against the government and in favour of court. Workers and leaders of opposition parties including PPP general secretary IrshadUllah Sandhu, information secretary Sagheer Butt distributed sweets and dance with the beats of drums. on the other hand PML(N) workers in the leadership of deputy mayor MianMaqsood staged a demonstraion protest at G.T road and also burnt tyres against the disqualification of PM Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif by the supreme.
