KHAR: A 16-year-old girl of Inayat Killay underwent a successful sex change surgery in Peshawar, family sources said on Sunday. The sources said that Hajra was taken to a local hospital after abdominal pain where the doctors removed her appendix. However, the doctors also observed a gender disorder and suggested that she should undergo a gender change surgery. The girl was taken to Peshawar for the surgery where her gender was changed after successful surgery. Her parents termed the gender change as the blessing of Allah as they did not have a male child.
