LAHORE: Two terrorists having links with banned organizations have been arrested in an Intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted in Balochistan.
IBOs are the part of on-going “Operation Raddul fassad” launched by Pakistan army to eradicate terrorism.
According to a statement issued by the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), the intelligence-based operations were conducted in the areas of Dera Bugti, Uch, Gulistan and Dera Murad Jamali.
FC recovered improvised explosive devices (IED), grenades, ammunition and 46kilogrammes of explosives during the operation.
In a separate operation, forces found a motorcycle rigged with IEDs in Dera Murad Jamali.
The explosives were defused by security personnel.
