LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif has said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is proving to be a real game-changer for Pakistan economy.
In a statement on Friday, he said Pakistan has gotten economically stable under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, which has been acknowledged as well as praised internationally. He said sit-in trend-setters and those who broke the record of corruption in their tenure have issues with transparency policy of the PML-N and they don’t hesitate to risk country’s progress for their vested interests. “They are involved in this blame-game just to halt on-going development projects, which will prove fatal for their politics once completed,” he added.
The CM said people are shrewd enough to sense the hollow claims of these so-called change-mongers and he truly believes that public service demands selfless dedication.
“The PML-N leadership is fully devoted for the welfare of its people and we will put every effort to make Pakistan prosperous, leaving behind this criticism for the sake of criticism,” he asserted.
