SARGODHA: Two people, suspected of kidnapping, were killed on Saturday after police opened fire at them in a village in the Sargodha district.
Police officials said that four suspects were fleeing from the hideout in 21 Janoobi when police opened fire at them. Two members of the gang escaped while the other two were shot down. The body of Atif Nazir, kidnapped on August 16, was recovered from the premises.
