KARACHI: Chief justice has imposed a major penalty of ‘compulsory retirement’ on Additional District and Sessions Judge Akhtar Sultana with immediate effect.
According to a statement on Tuesday, Akhktar Sultana was accused of ‘misconduct’, ‘inefficiency’ and ‘corruption.’ The court – after considering all the facts – imposed the penalty.
