QUETTA: A tribesman was killed in a roadside bomb blast in Pandyalai tehsil of Mohmand Agency, officials said on Wednesday.
They said the blast was caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by miscreants on a raw track in Dawezai area in Pandyalai tehsil.
The deceased was identified as Bahadur Khan. Security forces reached the bombing scene, cordoned off the area and launched a search operation, officials said.
Meanwhile, police defused 14 bombs weighing 50 kg in Loralai.
Terrorists had planted the bombs in ghee tins in a park on University Road.
