SHEIKHUPURA: At least three persons including an ASI have been killed, while 14 others sustained injuries in a collision between a passenger van and a truck in Shahpur area of Sheikhupura.
A passenger van going from Hafizabad to Sheikhupura collided with a speedy truck coming from the opposite direction on Thursday in Shahpur area of Sheikhupura, leaving three persons dead, while 14 others injured.
The rescue teams rushed to the scene and carried out a rescue operation.
The deceased and the injured were rushed to District Hospital Sheikhupura, however, the critically injured persons were taken to a local hospital in Lahore.
The police have started an investigation into the incident.
