SRINAGAR: High Court Bar Association (HCBA) has termed plebiscite, under auspices of United Nations (UN), as the only solution to Kashmir dispute.
In a statement, the Bar urged people to boycott the sham parliamentary elections – to be held on 9th and 12th of this month in Srinagar and Islamabad constituencies.
