LARKANA: A session court on Monday granted interim pre-arrest bail to accused Mumtaz Ali Bhutto in Assadullah Khuhro’s murder case.
The required surety of Rs 0.1 million was quickly furnished by the accused and he was then directed to appear before the court on December 08 to join the trial court.
The Station House Officer (SHO) of Ketty Mumtaz police station was directed by the court to submit the police reports on the date of hearing without negligence. Mumtaz Bhutto, 83 years, is the Sindh National Front chairman and was nominated along with others in Assadullah Khuhro’s murder case.
