MULTAN: Agriculture Extension Director Rana Ahmad Munir directed officials to ensure the sale of fertilisers in the market at controlled prices and act against dealers in cases of violation.
He instructed this during visits to different fertiliser shops in rural areas, including Qasba Lar, Qasba Maral, and Tehsil Shujabad, where he checked fertiliser stock and relevant records.
The director also visited demonstration plots developed under the vegetables promotion project and instructed officials to hold farmer gatherings at these plots for training purposes.
Agriculture Extension Deputy Director Chaudhry Naseer Ahmad and other officials accompanied him on the occasion.
