LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address a public meeting in Multan on March 10.
During the first week of March, Bilawal will visit southern Punjab in order to engage the public for the movement.
Speaking on the occasion, Bilawal said that the movement had already begun. He said that he was aware of the sense of deprivation of the people of south Punjab.
All the resources of the provinces are being spent on Lahore alone, he pointed out. Labelling the prime minister as “Panama Sharif” he said the premier was making projects that benefit him and not the actual people.
Bilawal met with senior party leaders on Saturday including former prime minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani, Makhdoom Ahmad Mahmood and other senior officials, where it was decided that Bilawal would tour various cities of Punjab.
The PPP chairman claimed that if the labourers, farmers, and poor people of South Punjab support him, they would end the rule of Raiwind and Nawaz Sharif.
