MULTAN: An additional session judge announced capital punishment for a man who was found guilty of murdering his wife.
The judge ordered Muhammad Aslam to pay a compensation of PKR 500,000 for the crime.
Earlier on July 3, 2016, Sahiwal’s Muhammad Imran registered a case against his brother-in-law Muhammad Aslam for the murder of his sister Nazia. The couple got married in 2011.
Imran alleged that the husband and wife used to fight and Aslam killed his wife after he used a cleaver to deliver fatal blows to the deceased.
