KARACHI: Karachi police on Wednesday conducted raids across the city and arrested 24 suspects in total.
According to reports, during a raid at Quaidabad, a suspect was gunned down while four were injured.
Moreover, in a different raid, Fazal Baghi, wanted in a number of cases, was killed in a shootout.
Meanwhile, according to Gulshan-e-Iqbal superintendent of police, two suspects who were involved in looting citizens were apprehended and weapons were recovered from them.
Furthermore, in a search operation in Keamari’s area of Jackson, 20 people were detained. Police said that the detainees were currently under investigation.
