RAWALPINDI: A detailed report regarding the security measures taken by government and private educational institutions located in 36 districts of Punjab including Rawalpindi has been summoned.
The report has been summoned by Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif in wake of recent security threats issued and rising terrorist incidents in various areas of Pakistan.
The reported was summoned regarding educational institutions included in the A grade category of security list.
The teams have been established and asked to prepare a report within two days regarding all the institutions including schools, colleges and universities located in the province. Moreover, orders have been issued to take action against the owners of institutes where required security initiatives have not been taken yet.
