RAWALPINDI: Accountability court of Rawalpindi while giving exemption of one day to model Ayyan ali in currency smuggling case, ordered her to appear before it on the next hearing at every cost.
Judge Muhammad Shiraz Kiani of AC Rawalpindi took up the case against Ayyan Ali for hearing on Thursday.
Ayyan Ali did not appear before the court after four months. During the course of hearing, an assistant counsel of Ayyan Ali took the plea that she is out of country therefore she could not appear in court.
The court ordered that application for exemption of one day in respect of model girl Ayyan Ali be submitted and a written reply on her schedule for return to Pakistan be also filed.
The court also rejected the plea for exemption in respect of model Ayyan Ali directing that application for exemption of one day is filed. .
Moreover, the judge expressed displeasure over absence of Ayyan Ali. The judge while reprimanding Ayyan’s assistant counsel over the model’s disappearance remarked, “The court should be told when the accused would return to Pakistan and what her schedule of engagements outside the country was. She used to say that she would face the case and would appear in the court.”
The court ordered Ayyan to appear before it on next hearing on June 6 at any cost.
