RAWALPINDI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Thursday arrested six people at the Benazir Bhutto International airport in a crackdown against fake visa-makers.
FIA officials informed media that those who were arrested were involved in making fake visas and travel documents.
The FIA also prevented 12 passengers from travelling abroad who were in possession of incomplete documents.
The agency has recently increased its crackdown against counterfeit visa makers and phony agents. FIA officials said that special teams have been constituted to track and stop the usage of fake visas and other counterfeit travel documents.
