ISLAMABAD: A high-value terrorist and his abettors of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Sajna group were killed in an operation by security forces, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
Mehmoodul Hassan alias Khwaja Madni along with his abettors was killed in a search operation carried out in the Frontier Region of Jandola.
According to the ISPR statement, weapons and arms were recovered from the terrorist’s hideout by the security personnel.
The operation was a part of Raddul Fasaad, which was launched by the army following a series of terror attacks in the country.
Since the start of the operation, many suspected terrorists have reportedly been killed or arrested in the security operations carried out by the forces.
