LAHORE: The daughter of ex-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz posted a tweet on Monday claiming that her mother Kusloom Nawaz was taken to the hospital in emergency condition last night.
Ami was taken & admitted to the hospital again late last night. Drs are trying to stabilise her condition. Request for prayers. Allahu Shafi

Requesting for prayers for her mother’s recovery she wrote that the doctors are trying to stabilise her condition.
Begum Kulsoom was diagnosed early stage- lymphoma last month and left for London for treatment. She has undergone three surgeries.
Kulsoom was also the candidate of Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for NA-120, the seat vacated after the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif in Panama case verdict. Her campaign was run by her daughter Maryam as she was not there due to illness. However she won the election after a close contest with Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf’s (PTI’s) candidate Dr. Yasmin Rashid.
She is still in London with other family members expect Nawaz, who came back Monday morning to appear before the Accountability Court.
