ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Community in Russia hosted a ceremony in honour of Dr Jumma Khan Marri to welcome him over his defection from so-called Baloch Independence Movement.
As a gesture of unity and solidarity, Pakistani Community President Malik Shahbaz and Vice President Chaudry Zahid offered Dr Jumma chairmanship of their organisation, which Dr Jumma Khan Marri accepted during his short but very aggressive speech.
Slogans against Baloch separatists were raised when Dr Jumma in his speech requested Pakistani communities in Europe to get united against Indian-backed so-called Baloch leaders.
In his message to all misguided Baloch brothers on political asylum abroad, he requested them to open up their eyes and see that how much support and love he was getting from Pakistanis abroad and home. “Do you want to get this respect and love or like to serve anti-Pakistan personalities,” he asked without naming any separatist.
Dr Jumma said that he was really grateful to Pakistani and Russian media for spreading his announcement all across the world. He said that the movement against anti-Pakistan elements had gained momentum and he was getting a lot of support from Baloch diaspora abroad. He said that if Pakistani public and media keep on supporting them, soon they with the help of overseas pakistani communities will be able to kick out disgruntled so-called Baloch leaders from Europe to India.
Dr Jumma also specifically appreciated Russian International News Sputnik for showing the world true face of so-called Baloch independence movement and exposing Indian involvement and motives through his last published interview.
The event ended with national anthem of Pakistan and slogans of Pakistan Zindabad.
