ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to introduce a Complaint Management System (CMS) for the registration of complaints and grievances.
This state of the art and comprehensive complaint management system has been worked out by CDA Information Technology Directorate.
This modernsystem would work under the CDA’s Chief Complaint Officer.
One tracking number will be issued on every registered complaint. Meanwhile the citizens would be kept informed through this number about progress in regard to their complaints through SMS, notifications and email.
