ISLAMABAD: A man was killed in a hit-and-run incident within the Tarnol police jurisdiction.
Gulam Raza, a resident of Tarnol, lodged a complaint with the local police that his son Mohammad Shakeel was crossing the road when he was hit by a speedy land cruiser UN-72, driven recklessly by a Mohammad Haneef, leaving him fatally injured.
The injured was rushed to local hospital where the boy succumbed to his injuries.
The police have registered a case and started investigation into the matter.
