ISLAMABAD: A delegation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Hajj Organisers Association of Pakistan (HOAP) has held meetings with Hajj authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Led by Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, the delegation consisting of HOAP Central Chairman Haji Sanaullah, KP Chairman Haji Masood Shinwar and Joint Secretary Javed Akhtar called on Hajj authorities in Saudi Arabia and discussed various issues pertaining to Pakistani pilgrims during Hajj days.
Talking to the media, Haji Sanaullah and Javed Akhtar said that during their negotiations and meeting with the Saudi minister for Hajj, the federal minister formally signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and the Saudi Hajj authorities restored the 20% deducted Hajj quota of Pakistan.
